#### 6G Application of amendments made by Fisheries Management Amendment Act 2006 6G Application of amendments made by [Fisheries Management Amendment Act 2006](/view/html/repealed/current/act-2006-018) > > (1) Section 68(4B), as inserted by the [Fisheries Management Amendment Act 2006](/view/html/repealed/current/act-2006-018), applies only to endorsements given after the commencement of that subsection. > > > (2) The amendment made to section 69(6) by the [Fisheries Management Amendment Act 2006](/view/html/repealed/current/act-2006-018) applies only to nominations made after the commencement of the amendments. > > > (3) The amendment made to section 76(1) by the [Fisheries Management Amendment Act 2006](/view/html/repealed/current/act-2006-018) does not affect the requirement to pay any management charge that became payable before the commencement of that amendment.
