#### 55C Shareholders who are affected by a redefinition proposal 55C Shareholders who are affected by a redefinition proposal > For the purposes of this Division, a shareholder is affected by a redefinition proposal if— > > > (a) in the case of a redefinition proposal that involves a change to a description of one or more share management fisheries in Schedule 1—the shareholder is a shareholder in a fishery the description of which will be changed under the proposal, and > > > (b) in the case of a redefinition proposal that involves the amalgamation of classes of shares or replacing classes of shares—the shareholder holds a class of shares concerned. > > **pt 3, div 4A (ss 55A–55G):** Ins 2015 No 59, Sch 1 \[25\].
