#### 53 Commencement of limited access to fishery 53 Commencement of limited access to fishery > > (1) Shares issued provisionally in a share management fishery do not take effect until a day appointed by the Minister by order published in the Gazette for the commencement of shareholding in the fishery and for limited access to the fishery. > > > (2) The day so appointed is to be at least 6 months after the fishery became a share management fishery, except in the circumstances prescribed by the regulations.
