#### 34H Arrangements for collection of fishing fees and issue of receipts 34H Arrangements for collection of fishing fees and issue of receipts > > (1) The Secretary may enter into arrangements with any person for the collection of fishing fees and the issue of official receipts. A person who enters into such an arrangement is an authorised agent for the purposes of this Act. > > > (2) The Secretary is to ensure that sufficient arrangements are made to enable the payment of fishing fees in convenient locations throughout the State. > > > (3) An arrangement may make provision for the payment of a commission to the authorised agent, whether by way of the retention of a percentage of the amount of fishing fees paid or by way of a separate payment. > > > (4) An arrangement may make provision for the authorised agent to make specified records, and follow specified procedures, with respect to the collection and remittance of fishing fees and the issue of official receipts. > > **s 34H:** Ins 1997 No 153, Sch 2 \[2\].
