#### 34A Definitions 34A Definitions > In this Division— > > fishing fee means a recreational fishing fee payable under this Division. > > fishing fee exemption certificate means a certificate issued under section 34I and in force. > > official receipt means a receipt issued under this Division for payment of a recreational fishing fee, being— > > > (a) if the fishing fee was paid in person— > > > > > (i) the hard copy receipt, or a copy of the receipt, issued as evidence of payment, or > > > > > (ii) a photo, including a photo on a smartphone or other mobile device, of the receipt that clearly displays the information on the receipt, or > > > (b) if the fishing fee was paid over the telephone or by electronic means— > > > > > (i) the receipt number issued as evidence of payment, or > > > > > (ii) a photo, including a photo on a smartphone or other mobile device, of the receipt that clearly displays the information on the receipt, or > > > (c) any other evidence of payment of a fishing fee prescribed by the regulations. > > **s 34A:** Ins 1997 No 153, Sch 2 \[2\].
