#### 28 Continuation of regulations 28 Continuation of regulations > > (1) Any regulations made under or relating to a repealed provision, as in force immediately before the repeal of the repealed provision, are taken to continue to have effect in relation to the relevant instruments and anything done under or in connection with the relevant instruments. > > > (2) The power to make regulations conferred by Part 2 of this Schedule includes power to amend or revoke any regulation that is taken to continue to have effect under this clause.
