227 Delegation by Minister
(1) The Minister may delegate to the Secretary any function of the Minister under this Act, other than this power of delegation.
(2) The Minister may also delegate to the Secretary any function of the Minister under Schedule 1AA (other than the function of making a determination under that Schedule with respect to a designated fishing activity).
(3) A delegation under this section must be notified by publication of the instrument of delegation in the Gazette.
