#### 22 Registration of fishing gear 22 Registration of fishing gear > > (1) The regulations may make provision for or with respect to the registration of specified classes of fishing gear. > > > (2) If a class of fishing gear is registrable, a person who uses unregistered gear of that class to take fish is guilty of an offence. > > > > Maximum penalty—In the case of a corporation, 50 penalty units or, in any other case, 25 penalty units.
