#### 198B Application of Division 198B Application of Division > This Division applies to any dredging work or any reclamation work, except the following— > > > (a) any dredging work or reclamation work carried out in respect of an artificial body of water, unless the body of water is permanently or intermittently connected to a natural body of water or unless the regulations otherwise provide, > > > (b) any dredging work or reclamation work carried out in respect of a farm dam, unless the regulations otherwise provide, > > > (c) anything permitted by or under this Act (such as digging for bait), > > > (d) anything exempted from this Division by the regulations. > > **s 198B:** Ins 2000 No 86, Sch 6.2 \[7\].
