#### 139 Application of certain provisions relating to offences 139 Application of certain provisions relating to offences > For the purposes of the prosecution of a person for an offence under this Act in respect of anything done to or in relation to fish to which a Joint Authority fishery relates or otherwise in relation to a Joint Authority fishery, a reference to an authority of a particular kind is to be read as a reference to such an authority granted, issued or renewed by the relevant Joint Authority.
