45Information to be included in Register

#### 45 Information to be included in Register (1) AFMA must register each fishing right that it, or a Joint Authority managing a fishery that is (or part of which is) managed in accordance with the law of the Commonwealth, grants by entering in the Register the following particulars: (a) the name of the person to whom the fishing right is granted; (b) a description of the fishing right; (c) the period (if any) for which the fishing right is granted; (d) the managed fishery in relation to which the fishing right is granted; (e) the conditions of the fishing right; (f) such other particulars (if any) as are prescribed. (2) Where a Joint Authority grants a fishing right, it must give to AFMA such information in relation to the grant as will enable AFMA to comply with subsection (1).
