#### 19 Tabling, disallowance etc. of determinations (1) AFMA must cause to be published in the Gazette, in respect of each determination made under section 17 and accepted by the Minister, notice of: (a) the fact that the determination has been made; and (b) the place or places where copies of the determination can be obtained. (5) A determination is taken to be a legislative instrument for the purposes of the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024.
