143Application to Panel for review

#### 143 Application to Panel for review (1) A person who: (a) is dissatisfied with a decision that is reviewable under section 142; and (b) was registered under section 26 in relation to the grant of a fishing right to which the decision relates; may, within 14 days after being notified by AFMA or by the Joint Authority of the decision, by written notice, apply to the Panel for review of the decision. (2) An application for review must: (a) include details of the decision in respect of which review is sought; and (b) include details of the reasons why the review is sought.
