#### 141K Termination of appointment of member of Selection Committee (1) The Minister may terminate the appointment of a member of a Selection Committee for: (a) misbehaviour or physical or mental incapacity; or (b) inefficiency or incompetence. (2) If a member of a Committee: (a) becomes bankrupt, applies to take the benefit of any law for the relief of bankrupt or insolvent debtors, compounds with his or her creditors or makes an assignment of remuneration for their benefit; or (b) fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with his or her obligations under section 141L; or (c) is absent, without leave of absence, from 3 consecutive meetings of the Committee; the Minister may terminate the appointment of the member.
