#### 139 Presiding Member (1) The Minister is to appoint a person to be the Presiding Member of Australian Fisheries Management Authority Selection Committees. (2) The Presiding Member is to be appointed on a part‑time basis. (3) Subject to this Division, the Presiding Member holds office for such period, not exceeding 3 years, as is specified in the instrument of appointment, but is eligible to be re‑appointed once in accordance with this Act.
