#### 130 Member unable to complete review If the Panel has commenced or completed a review of a decision but has not finally determined the matter and one of the members (other than the Principal Member) constituting the Panel for the purposes of the review has: (a) ceased to be a member; or (b) ceased to be available for the purposes of the review, whether because of the operation of section 134 or otherwise; the hearing and determination, or the determination, of the review is to be completed by the Panel constituted by the remaining members.
