#### 106AC Fish taken with Commonwealth property
If:
(a) a thing is forfeited to the Commonwealth under section 106 or 106A; and
(b) the thing is used for, or in the taking of, fish:
(i) after it is forfeited; and
(ii) without the written permission of the Minister for such use;
the fish are the property of the Commonwealth.
