#### 37 Shucking of abalone 37 Shucking of abalone > For the purposes of section 68 (6A) of the Act, it is a condition of an endorsement that the endorsement holder does not shuck abalone, or have shucked abalone in his or her possession, at any place other than— > > > (a) a place approved for the purpose by the Secretary, or > > > (b) premises registered under the regulations made under the [Export Control Act 1982](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth for the preparation of abalone for export.
