##### 3 Repeals (1) The following Acts are repealed: (a) Continental Shelf (Living Natural Resources) Act 1968; (b) Fisheries Agreements (Payments) Act 1981. (2) The Fisheries Act 1952, other than Part IVA, is repealed.
