Section 37 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by inserting in paragraph (c) “or 30A(1)(a)” after “paragraph 30(1)(a)”;
(b) by inserting in paragraph (f) “, 30A(1)(a)” after “paragraph 30(1)(a)”.
