19 Fishing quota unit balance not to be exceeded
The holder of a fishing licence (giant crab) must not, for commercial purposes, take, or in State waters be in possession of, more giant crab than the fishing quota unit balance specified in the licence.
Penalty: Grade 3 penalty.
