sec.91 Changing alternative way
The holder of the relevant authority, or another person acting under the authority, may change an alternative way of communication stated in a boat communication notice by giving the chief executive a notice stating another way (a changed way ) of communication. A notice given to the chief executive under subsection (1) must be given in the approved way. However, if the holder of the relevant authority, or another person acting under the authority, gives a notice under this section, the changed way of communication must not be used until the chief executive has advised the holder or other person that the chief executive has received the notice. (sec.91-ssec.1) The holder of the relevant authority, or another person acting under the authority, may change an alternative way of communication stated in a boat communication notice by giving the chief executive a notice stating another way (a changed way ) of communication. (sec.91-ssec.2) A notice given to the chief executive under subsection (1) must be given in the approved way. (sec.91-ssec.3) However, if the holder of the relevant authority, or another person acting under the authority, gives a notice under this section, the changed way of communication must not be used until the chief executive has advised the holder or other person that the chief executive has received the notice.
