sec.39 Condition about taking maray or Australian sardines
It is a condition of a charter fishing licence that a person who conducts a charter fishing trip under the licence must not take, or allow someone else to take, maray or Australian sardines during the trip— for a purpose other than use as bait for fishing during the trip; or in a way that contravenes the Fisheries Declaration 2019 , chapter 4 , part 4 . s 39 sub 2020 SL No. 236 s 119
- (a) for a purpose other than use as bait for fishing during the trip; or
- (b) in a way that contravenes the Fisheries Declaration 2019 , chapter 4 , part 4 .
