sec.38 Authorisation
The holder of a charter fishing licence may, under the licence, conduct a charter fishing trip in offshore waters. The holder of a charter fishing licence may authorise someone else to conduct a charter fishing trip as mentioned in subsection (1) under the licence. A person authorised by the holder of a charter fishing licence under subsection (2) may, under the licence, conduct a charter fishing trip as mentioned in subsection (1) . s 38 sub 2020 SL No. 236 s 119 (sec.38-ssec.1) The holder of a charter fishing licence may, under the licence, conduct a charter fishing trip in offshore waters. (sec.38-ssec.2) The holder of a charter fishing licence may authorise someone else to conduct a charter fishing trip as mentioned in subsection (1) under the licence. (sec.38-ssec.3) A person authorised by the holder of a charter fishing licence under subsection (2) may, under the licence, conduct a charter fishing trip as mentioned in subsection (1) .
