sec.34 Particular licences not transferable
The following primary commercial fishing licences are not transferable— a licence on which the fishery symbol ‘E’ is written; a licence on which the fishery symbol ‘NX’ is written. s 34 sub 2020 SL No. 236 s 119 ; 2023 SL No. 194 s 36
- (a) a licence on which the fishery symbol ‘E’ is written;
- (b) a licence on which the fishery symbol ‘NX’ is written.
