sec.24 Types of licences
The chief executive may issue a licence of any of the following types— a primary commercial fishing licence; a commercial fisher licence; a charter fishing licence. s 24 sub 2020 SL No. 236 s 118
- (a) a primary commercial fishing licence;
- (b) a commercial fisher licence;
- (c) a charter fishing licence.
