sec.161 Continued application of ch 5, pt 2 to particular licences
This section applies if the relevant period under chapter 5, part 2 for the holder of a commercial fisher licence or primary commercial fishing licence started, but did not end, before the commencement. Chapter 5, part 2 as in force immediately before the commencement continues to apply in relation to the holder for the relevant period. s 161 ins 2020 SL No. 236 s 193 (sec.161-ssec.1) This section applies if the relevant period under chapter 5, part 2 for the holder of a commercial fisher licence or primary commercial fishing licence started, but did not end, before the commencement. (sec.161-ssec.2) Chapter 5, part 2 as in force immediately before the commencement continues to apply in relation to the holder for the relevant period.
