This section applies to a reference in any of schedules 2B to 2D to a provision of the Fisheries (Commercial Fisheries) Regulation 2019 , schedule 9 , from the commencement to 31 August 2021. The reference is taken to be a reference to the provision of that number in the Fisheries (Commercial Fisheries) Regulation 2019 , schedule 9 , as it will be in force on 1 September 2021.
