sec.143 Chief executive may waive or refund a fee
This section applies for waiving or refunding fees stated in schedule 5 or schedule 6 . The chief executive may— waive the payment of a fee for a person; or refund the whole, or a part of, a fee paid by a person. The chief executive may refund part of a fee for assessing an application for an authority if the application is withdrawn before the chief executive decides the application. The chief executive may refund part of a fee for an authority if the authority is surrendered before its expiry. s 143 amd 2024 SL No. 196 s 13 (sec.143-ssec.1) This section applies for waiving or refunding fees stated in schedule 5 or schedule 6 .
