sec.142 Further provision about licence, fishery symbol or quota authority held for part of a financial year
This section applies if a licence, fishery symbol or quota authority is held by a person for only part of a financial year. The annual fee payable by the person for the licence, fishery symbol or quota authority for the financial year is the proportion of the annual fee stated in schedule 6 , part 1 or 2 attributable to the number of whole or part months for which the licence, fishery symbol or quota authority is held by the person. For this section, a fishery symbol is held by a person for the period the fishery symbol is written on a licence held by the person. (sec.142-ssec.1) This section applies if a licence, fishery symbol or quota authority is held by a person for only part of a financial year. (sec.142-ssec.2) The annual fee payable by the person for the licence, fishery symbol or quota authority for the financial year is the proportion of the annual fee stated in schedule 6 , part 1 or 2 attributable to the number of whole or part months for which the licence, fishery symbol or quota authority is held by the person. (sec.142-ssec.3) For this section, a fishery symbol is held by a person for the period the fishery symbol is written on a licence held by the person.
