sec.140 General matters about fees for a licence, fishery symbol or quota authority
A fee stated in schedule 6 , part 1 for a licence— is in addition to any fee payable under schedule 6 , part 2 for a fishery symbol written on the licence or any quota authority related to the licence; and is payable by the holder of the licence. A fee stated in schedule 6 , part 2 for a fishery symbol— is an annual fee; and is for each fishery symbol of that type written on a licence; and if the fee includes a reference to a unit or area—is for each unit or area to which the fishery symbol relates; and is payable by the holder of the licence. A fee stated in schedule 6 , part 2 for a quota authority— is an annual fee; and is for each quota authority of that type held by the holder of the authority; and is payable by the holder of the authority. (sec.140-ssec.1) A fee stated in schedule 6 , part 1 for a licence— is in addition to any fee payable under schedule 6 , part 2 for a fishery symbol written on the licence or any quota authority related to the licence; and is payable by the holder of the licence. (sec.140-ssec.2) A fee stated in schedule 6 , part 2 for a fishery symbol— is an annual fee; and is for each fishery symbol of that type written on a licence; and if the fee includes a reference to a unit or area—is for each unit or area to which the fishery symbol relates; and is payable by the holder of the licence.
