sec.139 Fees generally
The fees payable under the Act , other than the fees payable under division 1 , are stated in schedule 6 . An amount of a fee stated in schedule 6 that is not paid as required under this division may be recovered by the State as a debt. (sec.139-ssec.1) The fees payable under the Act , other than the fees payable under division 1 , are stated in schedule 6 .
