sec.132 Persons who may be appointed as inspectors
For section 140 (1) (d) of the Act , the following persons are prescribed— an employee of a local government; a person with relevant knowledge of fisheries resources or fish habitat in a particular area; a member of an entity engaged in stocking fish a person appointed to enforce fisheries legislation, other than the Act .
