sec.129 Fisheries offences that are serious fisheries offences— Act , sch 1 , definition serious fisheries offence
For schedule 1 of the Act , definition serious fisheries offence , paragraph (c) , a fisheries offence constituted by any of the following in relation to a commercial fishery is prescribed— contravening the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Act 1975 (Cwlth) , section 38BA ; entering or using a marine park in contravention of the Marine Parks Act 2004 , section 43 or the Marine Parks Regulation 2017 , section 135 . s 129 sub 2020 SL No. 236 s 73
- (a) contravening the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Act 1975 (Cwlth) , section 38BA ;
- (b) entering or using a marine park in contravention of the Marine Parks Act 2004 , section 43 or the Marine Parks Regulation 2017 , section 135 .
