sec.125 Requirements for AIVR system
The AIVR system must provide for— keeping a record of each transaction carried out by a person using the system; and giving a person using the system to carry out a transaction a number (a transaction number ) to identify the transaction. For subsection (1) (a) , a record of a transaction carried out by a person must include— any information entered into the system by the person; and any information given by the system to the person. (sec.125-ssec.1) The AIVR system must provide for— keeping a record of each transaction carried out by a person using the system; and giving a person using the system to carry out a transaction a number (a transaction number ) to identify the transaction. (sec.125-ssec.2) For subsection (1) (a) , a record of a transaction carried out by a person must include— any information entered into the system by the person; and any information given by the system to the person.

- (b) giving a person using the system to carry out a transaction a number (a transaction number ) to identify the transaction.
