sec.104 Person in control to return approved form
The person in control of the boat during the relevant period must, at the end of the relevant period, give the approved form to the holder of the relevant authority by— giving the form personally to the holder; or ensuring the form is left on the boat and telling the holder where the form has been left.
- (a) giving the form personally to the holder; or
- (b) ensuring the form is left on the boat and telling the holder where the form has been left.
