sec.102 Authority holder to provide approved form
The holder of the relevant authority must, before the relevant period starts, give the approved form to the person who is to be in control of the boat during the relevant period by— giving the form personally to the person; or ensuring the form is left on the boat and telling the person where the form has been left.
- (a) giving the form personally to the person; or
- (b) ensuring the form is left on the boat and telling the person where the form has been left.
