sec.101 Application of part
This part applies if— the chief executive has, by written notice, required the holder of a relevant authority to keep and give to the chief executive, in the approved form, information about the daily use of a boat under the authority; and the holder is not the person in control of the boat on a day or a number of days (the relevant period ) for which the boat is being used under the authority; and another person is in control of the boat during the relevant period.
- (a) the chief executive has, by written notice, required the holder of a relevant authority to keep and give to the chief executive, in the approved form, information about the daily use of a boat under the authority; and
- (b) the holder is not the person in control of the boat on a day or a number of days (the relevant period ) for which the boat is being used under the authority; and
- (c) another person is in control of the boat during the relevant period.
