sch.2C-sec.12 C1-ITQ certificate
The chief executive must issue a certificate (a C1-ITQ certificate ) to each person who holds C1-ITQ units. The C1-ITQ certificate must state the following— the holder’s name; for each type of C1-ITQ units, that the units are issued for the taking of prescribed crab in the prescribed crab management region; how many C1-ITQ units of each type the holder has; if the chief executive has imposed conditions on the C1-ITQ units under section 61 of the Act —the conditions. (sch.2C-sec.12-ssec.1) The chief executive must issue a certificate (a C1-ITQ certificate ) to each person who holds C1-ITQ units.
