sch.2A-sec.9 Definitions for part
In this part— eligible licence means an M1 or M2 licence. eligible person means a person who holds an eligible licence on 22 April 2021. prescribed year means a financial year starting on 1 July of 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 or 2016.
