This section applies if, under sections 13 to 15 , the number of effort units for the Moreton Bay trawl region to be issued to an eligible person who holds an M1 licence would be higher than the number (the capped number ) of T1 effort units held by the eligible person for the licence before the conversion of the effort units under part 1 . The number of effort units for the Moreton Bay trawl region to be issued to the eligible person must be reduced to the capped number. sch 2A s 16 amd 2021 SL No. 29 s 22 (3) – (4) (sch.2A-sec.16-ssec.1) This section applies if, under sections 13 to 15 , the number of effort units for the Moreton Bay trawl region to be issued to an eligible person who holds an M1 licence would be higher than the number (the capped number ) of T1 effort units held by the eligible person for the licence before the conversion of the effort units under part 1 .
