sch.10-sec.31 References to distances between nets
A reference to a distance between nets is a reference to— for nets in a waterway—the distance between the nets measured along the centre line of the waterway; or for nets on a foreshore—the distance between the nets measured along the shore.
- (a) for nets in a waterway—the distance between the nets measured along the centre line of the waterway; or
- (b) for nets on a foreshore—the distance between the nets measured along the shore.
