27 Prescribed purposes for changes to management plans

(1)  [Regulation 27 Subregulation (1) amended by S.R. 2022, No. 121, Applied:21 Dec 2022] For the purpose of section 48A(1)(f) of the Act, extending the duration of a management plan for a period not exceeding 24 months, in total, is a prescribed purpose.

(2)  [Regulation 27 Subregulation (2) substituted by S.R. 2022, No. 121, Applied:21 Dec 2022] For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in subregulation (1) prevents more than one extension of a management plan under that subregulation, if the extension period, in total, for that management plan does not exceed 24 months.
