Tasmania regulation
These regulations update the Fisheries (General and Fees) Regulations 2016 by incorporating specified amendments into the authorised version and by rescinding the Fisheries (General and Fees) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2017 (reg 3; regs 4–11; reg 12). They take effect on 1 October 2017, with one provision treated as having taken effect from 1 September 2017 (reg 2). Fisheries licence‑holders, fee‑payers and administrators are affected because the authorised regulatory text and the operative dates for changes are altered.

These regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (General and Fees) Amendment Regulations (No. 3) 2017 .
(1) These regulations, other than regulation 12, take effect on 1 October 2017.
(2) Regulation 12 is taken to have taken effect on 1 September 2017.
In these regulations, the Fisheries (General and Fees) Regulations 2016 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
