Tasmania regulation
This instrument rescinds the Fisheries (Infringement Notices) Regulations 2011 and their amendments and records that those amendments have been incorporated into the Fisheries (General and Fees) Regulations 2016. It takes effect on the day its making is notified in the Gazette. It affects people and bodies governed by Commonwealth fisheries law — licence-holders, fishers and enforcement agencies — by shifting the legal basis for infringement notices and related fees from separate instruments into the Principal Regulations (regs 4–6; Sch 1).
