sec.57 Restrictions on writing fishery symbols ‘N3’, ‘N12’ and ‘N13’
The chief executive must not write the fishery symbol ‘N3’ on a licence on which the fishery symbol ‘N12’ or ‘N13’ is written. The chief executive must not write the fishery symbol ‘N12’ on— a licence on which the fishery symbol ‘N3’ or ‘N13’ is written; or more than 3 primary commercial fishing licences. The chief executive must not write the fishery symbol ‘N13’ on a licence on which the fishery symbol ‘N3’ or ‘N12’ is written. s 57 amd 2020 SL No. 236 s 124 sch 2 (sec.57-ssec.1) The chief executive must not write the fishery symbol ‘N3’ on a licence on which the fishery symbol ‘N12’ or ‘N13’ is written. (sec.57-ssec.2) The chief executive must not write the fishery symbol ‘N12’ on— a licence on which the fishery symbol ‘N3’ or ‘N13’ is written; or more than 3 primary commercial fishing licences.
