sec.49 Commercial fisher to display notice

This section applies to a commercial fisher who is acting under a primary commercial fishing licence to take fish without a boat. The commercial fisher must display a notice— adjacent to the place on the land from which the fisher is taking fish under the primary commercial fishing licence; and stating the licence number for the primary commercial fishing licence. For the notice— each letter or number must have a height of at least 20cm; and each stroke or serif of the letter or number must have a width of at least 2cm. s 49 sub 2020 SL No. 236 s 89 (sec.49-ssec.1) This section applies to a commercial fisher who is acting under a primary commercial fishing licence to take fish without a boat. (sec.49-ssec.2) The commercial fisher must display a notice— adjacent to the place on the land from which the fisher is taking fish under the primary commercial fishing licence; and stating the licence number for the primary commercial fishing licence.
