sec.46 Meaning of under direction —east coast trawl fishery
For the east coast trawl fishery, an assistant fisher is under direction of a commercial fisher only if the assistant fisher and the commercial fisher are— on the same boat; or on different boats but the assistant fisher is on a tender boat. s 46 sub 2020 SL No. 236 s 89
- (a) on the same boat; or
- (b) on different boats but the assistant fisher is on a tender boat.
