sec.45 Meaning of under direction —commercial trawl fishery (fin fish)
For the commercial trawl fishery (fin fish), an assistant fisher is under direction of a commercial fisher only if the assistant fisher and the commercial fisher are— on the same boat; or on different boats but the assistant fisher is on a tender boat that is not a trawler. s 45 sub 2020 SL No. 236 s 89
