The chief executive may amend or replace an M1, M2, T1 or T2 licence to allow the primary boat identified in the licence to be modified or replaced only if the modification or replacement does not result in the hull units for the boat being more than 120. s 40 sub 2020 SL No. 236 ss 89 , 128
